All leather aprons are stock items, in case of large orders the expected delivery should be extended with 3 days.
You are allowed to return your order within 14 days after receiving. You can choose to change or refund.
Product damaged after being delivered ?
In case you receive the ordered product damaged, please send us a picture within 2 working days to email@example.com and add title "Damaged after delivery". Only damaged goods can be returned, not damaged packaging. In case the product indeed is damaged during shipping, we will arrange a cost free pickup at your home and you will receive a new product.
You will like to return your ordered product ?
Please send back your ordered product in its original packaging. The shipping costs are the customers’ expense and will not be refunded. In case you would like to have your money returned place add the following information:
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Bank Account nr (IBAN & BIC)
You can also send this information via mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
After receiving the product and checking its condition, the reimbursement will be executed.
When will you receive your new product ?
As soon as we receive your product, we will send you a new one within 5 business days.
How many days can I return something ?
U can return your product for 14 days, under the condition that the product is not damaged and send in its original packaging, unless it got damages during transport. Damages due to transport should be reported within 2 business days via a picture. (see above chapter)
Each returned product has to be in new and complete state (including labels)
In case of abnormal returns or misusage Workzone bvba has the right to cancel future orders.
Products which are not allowed to be send back:
- Products which got damaged or dirty due to usage
- Products in non original packaging, or with missing original accessories
- Products damaged due to negligence, wrong use or repairs by yourself or external parties.
